That varies depending on the product. Some you can easily put in the dishwasher, others prefer a damp cloth. Don't stress about it, you're doing just fine.
Are the toys durable?
It all depends on how enthusiastically your dog plays. Our toys are designed for a lot of fun, but unfortunately, there's no guarantee against particularly motivated four-legged friends.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How does the return work?
You can return unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To do this, please contact us by email at info@velucia.com and we will send you a return label. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund your purchase amount.
